By commissioning me, you agree with the following terms and policies on this page. If the commissioner fails to follow these terms & policies at any point in the commission process, it is the commissioner's responsibility to adjust and accept possible penalties accordingly.

Commission Process
Here's an overview of the commission process:
The commission request is accepted
The commission request is accepted. Once accepted, a Paypal Invoice is sent. Once the Paypal Invoice is paid, an acknowledgment email will be sent to you, and I will start working on the rough sketch.
A rough sketch is sent
A rough sketch will be digitally sent to the commissioner. Suggested refinements or adjustments should be shared and will be applied in the final draft sketch. Numbers of changes here are not limited.
The commission will be worked on
The commissioned art will be worked on until completed. You and I will communicate as needed.
Done!
The completed commissioned art will be digitally sent. A high-res version (for personal use and private distribution) and a watermarked version (for public distribution) will be emailed to you.
Changes to the final artwork are optional. You are given two rounds of minimal changes free of charge. After the first two rounds and you'd still like more changes, a surcharge will be added. The surcharge amount will vary depending on the difficulty of the change.

Terms and Conditions
Commission usage permissions. The commissioner (you) acknowledges that the commissioned piece can only be used for personal creative use (eg. printing the artwork for your wall, creating product merchandise for yourself, etc.).
I retain all creative and commercial rights to the drawing, so you acknowledge that reuse for commercial use and personal profit (such as selling, re-distributing, or anything similar of the nature) is NOT allowed. If you are commissioning for commercial use, please email me at loserochi@gmail.com
Social media distribution. You acknowledge that social media sharing of the commission is allowed with proper attribution (such as tagging my username in social media and only posting the watermarked low-resolution copy I have provided you.)
Do NOT share online without proper credit. Social media permission include using it for your personal online use (such as icons, page headers, etc.)
Do NOT use the commission for roleplaying.
Price changes and fluctuations. You acknowledge that commission price(s) may increase or decrease based on a number of factors, including: difficulty of the commission, a change in the initial ask of the artwork, last minute changes, and other concluding factors.
Denial of request. You acknowledge that I have the right to decline a commission for personal reasons or if it is too difficult for my skill set.
Payments and refunds. You acknowledge that you must pay as soon as possible once the invoice is sent to your email, and that the drawing will not be worked on OR sent until payment is received. If I have not finished your commission within a 12 month period, you have the right to ask for a full refund.
Change of plans. You acknowledge that delays for getting your commission may happen due to real-time issues and personal responsibilities. Please note that the commission process is an ongoing communication between you (the commissioner) and me (the artist), that can range from a few weeks to a few months. (I will be responsible for communication on my end, and I hope you will be communicative as well!)

I will draw: original characters, fanart of any show, comic, or other medium, mild gore, humans with animal-like features, IRL people

I will NOT draw: NSFW, hardcore BL/GL (fluff ok!), furries, mecha, background art, character designs with complicated armor or clothing (unless a detailed reference sheet is provided)

Slot Limit and Waitlist
The commission slot limit is 5. If you would like to be prioritized on the next available slot, I can put you down on the waitlist. The waitlist is a list of interested clients that will have priority once I am available. However, being put on the waitlist does not guarantee you will be able to get commission.

Do you only accept Paypal?
Yes, no exceptions.
I've been on the waitlist for a while. When will I be able to commission you?
It really depends on how my schedule is at the time. Doing commissions like this is a side-hobby that I enjoy, so it can be hard to give a set date with my full time job and other IRL responsibilities. Please be patient! I will definitely reach out when I'm ready.
Do you give discounts?
No
Can I use my commission in a video?
Yes, but with the following agreements:
The video is for non-commercial use or personal use
The artwork used in the video is credited to me within the actual video itself (can be small) and in the video's description.
I can't pay the full amount upfront. Can I do partial payments for my commission?
Yes! I am open to discuss payment plans. The standard partial payment plan I do is 50% upfront before the sketch is started, and 50% to receive the completed artwork. HOWEVER, it does depend on a case-by-case basis, so I will not always say yes to partial payments.
